How much does it cost to post a job?+
Posting is entirely free. You only pay the fee once the right candidate is hired, no subscription, no upfront cost.
How is the recruitment budget set?+
You freely set your recruitment budget, guided by a suggested price (a percentage of the gross salary) and a minimum (one month of salary) to stay attractive to recruiters.
What is the recruiter collective?+
A network of independent, vetted specialised recruiters. You can open your job to the collective: recruiters apply, and you choose the one who will lead your recruitment. You can also recruit on your own.
Is my job publicly visible?+
Your choice: public (visible on the job board, candidates apply directly) or confidential (visible only to recruiters in the collective).
When do I pay?+
Once the candidate is in post AND the 3-month guarantee period has passed. If there's no hire, or if the candidate leaves before the end of the guarantee, you pay nothing.
What happens if the candidate leaves quickly?+
You only pay the fee once the 3-month guarantee has passed. So if the candidate leaves before then, you've paid nothing, and your recruiter presents a replacement, at no extra cost.
