Success-based recruitment: how it works
Post for free, pay only when a hire succeeds: success-based recruitment changes the risk equation. Here's how it works, step by step.
The principle: pay for results
Success-based recruitment rests on a simple idea: you only pay fees if a candidate is actually hired. Posting your job and reaching recruiters is free, no deposit, no subscription.
Step 1, You post your job
You describe the role and set your recruitment budget. A suggested price helps you position it, with an indicative floor of about one month of gross annual salary. Your job goes on the job board and, if you wish, opens to the recruiter collective.
Step 2, A specialist recruiter takes over
An independent recruiter, whose identity and status are verified, takes on your role and presents qualified candidates. You stay in control: you choose who to meet and who to hire.
Step 3, Payment, after the guarantee
Fees are only due once the candidate is hired and stays in the role at the end of the guarantee period (90 days). If the candidate leaves during that time, no fee is due and the recruiter resumes the search.
